Job Description:

We are in the process of identifying full time HR Interns to work with us from our Head Office (New Delhi) who can help us in HR Recruitments and other dept. activities.

The Human Resources Intern Will Learn The Practical Application Of


1. Steps in the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries.

2. Calling to candidates, Screening Resumes from Portals, Scheduling interview, Line up the candidates, Interviewing Candidates, End to end Recruitment.

3. Assist HR in Campus Drives in various colleges.

4. Framing mails and documents as required.

5. The importance of employment law and compliance, especially regarding employment eligibility, confidentiality, proper maintenance of employee files, and forms management.

6. Create new content for various HR initiatives.

7. Assist with other all staff trainings as appropriate.
8. Collect data and compile overall hiring report.
